Exercised regularly.  Performed moderate-intensity physical activity to include Groove workouts
    at least three (3) times a week.

    Improved my diet.  Made smarter and healthier food choices.

    Stopped over eating.  If I thought I felt full, I stopped eating.

    Set goals.  I made a conscious decision to be disciplined about eating healthier and exercising.




    Our GET FIT! Program is a ninety (90) day pilot to test our Groovers Network (GNet)  -
    motivational support  teams created by you, and other tools we plan to implement in the future to
    help you achieve overall wellness - mind, body, and soul.  

    Our goal of the GET FIT! Program is to teach you how to keep things simple.  We believe regular
    exercise, a healthy balanced diet, support, discipline, dedication, and determination is really all
    you need to achieve weight loss success and accomplish your health and fitness goals.  You have
    the power to be fit, healthy, and happy, and together we can make that happen!
