Ultimate Groove - is an unconventional, upbeat, high/low impact; go at your own pace, total body workout. It focuses on lengthening, toning, and conditioning your muscles and is designed to make you feel like you’re dancing. The dance routines incorporate hip-hop, ballet, jazz, Latin, African, line dancing, and other dance styles. Plus, it includes strength training exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, sit-ups, and etc. Our cool down adds the flexibility training component, making it a well-rounded and balanced total body workout.

For Ultimate and Flex Groove, please wear form fitting workout gear and comfortable tennis shoes. Bring water and a towel/yoga mat for floor exercises. |
