Have customized Ultimate and Flex Groove dance fitness workouts in the privacy and convenience of your own home, or come to our studio. Each one-on-one training session is designed to meet your personal needs and goals. Training sessions include dance routines and traditional cardio, strength, and flexibility training exercises. The duration of a training session is sixty (60) minutes. Minimum amount of open space required is approximately 400 sq. ft. Before making any type of commitment financially or otherwise, try us for free! The FREE session includes a thirty (30) minute fitness consultation. |
